Magnesium

There is 48% of the Daily Value (DV) of magnesium in a serving. This is important considering that half of all Americans are magnesium deficient. Grains of Paradise is a ginger-related spice and the first ingredient used in Inno Supps Night Shred fat-burning formula. According to early evidence,[11] Grains of Paradise is thought to assist your body in the efficient breakdown of fat.

With that said, the total PM fat-burning complex formula has only 76 mg of this ingredient. This is to say that most of the ingredients used in Night Shred are highly underdosed.

5-HTP

As far as mood enhancement goes, 5-HTP is an excellent option. 5-HTP is essential for the formation of the neurochemical serotonin, which is responsible for feelings of relaxation and happiness.
