There’s something for everyone with health advice including families and relationships, healthy living, balance and resilience. It was developed as the ideal Mother’s Day gift that women can give to their daughters and future generations of women.

Jean Hailes CEO Di McDonald, from Monash University’s Southern Clinical School, said it was hoped the eBook would create a legacy as a gift that keeps on giving to the next generation and beyond.

“Women gain so much knowledge and wisdom from their years of life experience,” Ms McDonald said.

“We are so grateful to those who have shared with us their pearls of wisdom.

“There is something here for everyone to enjoy. This is a wonderful gift you can share with the women in your life – whether it’s your mum, daughter, friend or partner.”
