Vitamin B6, B12, and folate acid help to boost your metabolism[2] and trigger energy production if you are deficient in these nutrients.  

DoFasting Fiber Complex Box 

The DoFasting Box is Fasting Solutions UAB’s flagship supplement. It’s an appetite suppressant that triggers a sense of satiety, thus allowing you to extend your fast and stay in control of your hunger pangs. The DoFasting Box also regulates your body’s cholesterol and keeps your colon healthy. 

The supplement also contains soluble fiber in the form of glucomannan. The fiber helps to expand your stomach and gives you a feeling of fullness. 

The DoFasting Box also contains glucomannan and cellulose. There’s no trace of calories and other similar ingredients that might interfere with your intermittent fasting. The DoFasting Box is also vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO. 

When we tested the DoFasting Box, we noticed that it’s super effective in terms of hunger suppression. This was the case even in our final hours when the struggle became the strongest. Despite this, plenty of other fiber-based supplements with a similar fiber-based background will carry out a similar function at a lower cost. 

How Does the Fiber Complex Box Work? 

DoFasting’s Fiber Complex Box supplement contains two main ingredients: cellulose (undisclosed amount) )and glucomannan (approx. 2,000mg).  Cellulose might be effective[3] in managing weight loss. It also has protective effects against constipation and other chronic diseases. 

Research[4] has shown that glucomannan is an effective weight loss ingredient. It promotes a sense of fullness and lowers energy absorption from proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. 

BHB Ketone Boost Weight Loss Supplement

This particular supplement comes in two flavors: Raspberry and peach. The raspberry Beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB)ketones are the artificial version of a natural substance that occurs in raspberries and other fruits. 

BHB Ketone Boost weight loss supplements are similar in terms of the molecular structure of compounds such as synephrine and capsaicin, which are key in boosting metabolism. 

A test-tube study[5] was done of the fat cells of a mouse. The study showed that raspberry ketones helped increase fat breakdown and release adiponectin, which is a metabolic hormone. 

BHB Ketone Boost is a powder that you ingest by dissolving it in water (14 ounces) and drinking at least 30 minutes before every meal. Similar to Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies, these supplements invoke feelings of fullness, a better mood, and less hunger. 

How Does the BHB Ketone Boost Weight Loss Supplement Work? 

BHB  Ketone is composed of three major ingredients: calcium beta-hydroxybutyrate, sodium beta-hydroxybutyrate, and beta-hydroxybutyrate. Each of these comes in measurements of 3,700 mg. All these ingredients have an inconsistent effect on your physical performance. 

The ketone supplement helps to boost your body’s BHB levels, support your body composition, and of course, lower your appetite.

This intermittent fasting app is helpful for individuals with eating disorders or those on a personal fasting plan. It’s one of the few fitness apps that offers meal suggestions, reasonable workouts, and a health tracking feature. 

On the other hand, this program may not be worth your buck for a couple of reasons. DoFasting has a lack of transparency, a somewhat controversial past, and unreasonable app and supplement prices. There are free intermittent apps on the google play store that offer even better intermittent fasting services.
