DoFasting’s products are based squarely on scientific research to enhance weight loss and boost your overall health. However, its accountability is wanting, its food database is limited, and the supplements/mobile app is expensive compared to its alternatives.

When we tested the DoFasting supplement, we noticed that it’s super effective in terms of hunger suppression. This was the case even in our final hours when the struggle became the strongest. Despite this, plenty of other fiber-based supplements with a similar fiber-based background will carry out a similar function at a lower cost.

How Does the DoFasting Appetite Suppressant Work? 

DoFasting Appetite Suppressant supplement contains two main ingredients: cellulose (undisclosed amount) )and glucomannan (approx. 2,000mg).  Cellulose might be effective[1] in managing weight loss. It also has protective effects against constipation and other chronic diseases.

  • Body Mass Index
  • Basal Metabolic Rate – the minimum amount of calories needed for the human body to function and perform vital functions.   • Bone Mass – the predicted weight of bone minerals in the body. While bone mass is unlikely to undergo noticeable changes in the short term, it is important to maintain healthy bones by having a balanced diet rich in calcium and increasing physical activity. Track the bone mass measurement over time and look for any long-term changes. 
  • Water – the percentage of total weight that consists of water. Our bodies comprise 40–70% of water, and even slight changes in fluid balance can lead to drastic changes in performance and overall health. It is important to understand the individual’s hydration baseline and monitor it closely to avoid dehydration.
  • Protein Mass (%) – tracks the amount of protein in the body. Proteins are essential for bodily functions, growth, and maintenance. Aside from water, proteins are the most important kind of molecule in the body. 
  • Body Type – based on muscle structure and body fat levels. As activity level changes, the balance of body fat and muscle mass can gradually alter, which in turn might affect a person’s overall body type. 
  • Metabolic Age – depends on the activity level, genetics, height, weight, and actual age.

Is DoFasting Legit?

Yes, it is. DoFasting has a calorie tracker that lets you input your daily meals, and it will give you a brief breakdown of your macronutrient and calorie consumption.

There are free intermittent apps on the google play store that also offer intermittent fasting services.
