About The Product

There are many brands fighting for our attention no matter what it is that we are purchasing. Even when it comes to our health and products such as supplements and weight loss aids, brands are important because they differ in quality.

Gainful is one such brand that has built a reputation over time because of products such as its collagen and protein powders.

This brand has a philosophy of only adding essential ingredients to its products and avoiding unnecessary additives. This has helped them connect with customers and become a popular brand within the health industry.

Gainful makes various products and offers free one-on-one access with qualified dieticians to help customers pick the right products for themselves.

What Is Gainful?

Gainful products such as the personalized protein powder are formulated to work in synergy with your diet, body composition, and lifestyle habits due to their simple but effective formula. It is tailored to those who aim to lose weight or want to train for muscle gains and general stamina building.

Gainful Protein Powder contains nine essential amino acids and 19 to 27 grams of protein per serving. The plant-based formula is free of common allergens such as gluten, and it contains no fillers, dyes, sweeteners, or artificial flavors.

Gainful Protein is not flavored; instead, you can buy the flavors separately to add to your protein powder. A few of the ingredient options are chocolate peanut butter, cookies & cream, strawberry cream, and Madagascar vanilla. As already mentioned, you can also get access to a registered dietitian while taking this protein powder.

Gainful Protein Ingredients

Gainful Protein Powder is a plant-based formula with all-natural ingredients, and it provides sufficient protein intake in the form of essential amino acids. These cannot be made by the body and need to be included in the diet because they are vital for growth and nitrogen balance.

The main ingredients supply various protein sources, and extracts from plants and fruits act as natural sweeteners. This means that Gainful Protein is easy on the taste buds, and the formula is very low in calories.

Gainful Protein Ingredients

Organic Pea Protein

Organic pea protein is an excellent vegan source of easily digestible protein. It is made from yellow peas and is well tolerated by most people. The superb amino acid profile of organic pea protein is why it’s included in the Gainful Protein Powder formula. Pea protein is rich in leucine, isoleucine, and valine.

Organic Brown Rice Protein

Organic brown rice protein is easily digestible and a great source of protein for vegans and non-vegans alike. It is also highly soluble in water, making it an exceptional ingredient in powder formulas such as Gainful Protein Powder. Organic brown rice protein is also a great source of the nine essential amino acids[1]

Organic Oat Powder

Organic oat powder is gluten-free and higher in protein than many other flours that tend to be more carb-based. It not only contains essential amino acids, but it also has vitamins and minerals too. It also helps to restore muscle glycogen.

Whey Protein

Whey protein is a staple of protein powders because of its impressive amino acid profile. This is one of the main ingredients in the product due to containing all nine essential amino acids. It can also aid in weight loss and is excellent for building muscle mass.

Organic Sunflower Oil

Organic sunflower oil is thought to benefit heart health because it contains so-called good lipids. Monounsaturated fats such as oleic acid are much healthier than saturated fats, and they can help keep cholesterol levels in check. Sunflower oil contains such fats and is also rich in vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant. Vitamin E is important for healthy skin and can protect us against the harmful effects of UV radiation.

Green Tea Extract

Green tea extract comes from the leaves of the Camellia Sinensis[2] L plant. It is high in polyphenol catechins which are powerful antioxidants. Green tea has attracted interest from the healthcare industry as it is believed to help burn fat and improve physical performance and weight loss. Green tea also appears to be helpful for regulating metabolism.

BCAA Blend

The branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) blend helps to aid recovery from a vigorous workout. Three of the nine essential amino acids are BCAAs and supplementing with these can aid in tissue and muscle repair between exercises. This makes the BCAA blend an extremely important addition to the protein powder ingredients.

Gainful Protein Review: What Do Real Users Say?

High in protein, low in carbs and fat, a tad steep on price

Really love the product. Highest in protein while staying low in carbs and fat which is great. The flavor boosts are a nice way to try different flavors without having to commit to a full size of one flavor. I’ll likely continue to use Gainful. The only thing I’m not a big fan of is the pricing – it’s a little steep for the amount of product you receive. Otherwise, Gainful is definitely helpful as part of my nutrition plan.”

There is nothing scary in sport nutrition

In most cases people are afraid of using pharmacy or special fitness nutrition as these days it’s considered to be not so healthy. I can’t state that it’s unhealthy because I have been taking various sports nutrition for various purposes and was really glad with the result. Protein is a pure substance, which you have to consume in case of gaining mass. If we are talking about creating for example, then for boosting your endurance, you also can drink or eat it purely.

This company helped me plenty of times. I ordered here all the nutrition I required for preparing to competitions. Thus, I would highly recommend this shop for visiting.”

Just wish the packages I bought had a…

Just wish the packages I bought had a few more servings that’s all I know it’s a business but 14 servings in a protein shake mix is alil cheap don’t you think….. I understand I can change my quantities but you still don’t cover a 30 day supply even if I double up my order and from the information from your certified nutritionist I received I have to take two shakes a day you don’t offer 60 servings if your team is trying to provide a service for health and wellness I just think you should give your consumer alittle more but that is just me”

Final Thought: Is It Worth Buying?

Is Gainful Protein legit? Gainful Protein Powder is a useful dietary addition for those who exercise often and eat healthily. The powder can help build muscle mass but also aids in recovery between workouts because it supplies the body with vital essential amino acids which help to repair muscle tissue.

Other ingredients such as green tea extract and sunflower oil provide the body with antioxidants and healthy fats that can ward off heart disease and other illnesses. The caffeine content of green tea extract can speed up your metabolism and also give you a quick energy boost to start the day.

The inclusion of gluten-free organic oat powder means that Gainful provides the body with some much-needed dietary fiber intake which promotes healthy digestion and the growth of good gut bacteria.

The fact that it is also free from refined sugar and artificial sweeteners is another big plus. The primary source used to sweeten the powder for taste is Stevia – a plant extract that is considered to be far healthier than sugar. It does not cause dental problems but is still as sweet as sugar without being sickly sweet.

In general, Gainful Protein Powder is one of the better protein powders on the market and some real thought has gone into creating a balanced protein substitute that contains no additives!
