Weight loss and fat loss are hot topics in today’s superficial world. About 45% of the world’s population[1] wants to lose weight. And so this brings us to one of the purported remedies that may help you in your weight reduction endeavors and provide an energy boost: a ketogenic diet.

Diets have been the go-to solution for most people wanting to get rid of stubborn visceral fat. But it takes several strategies to successfully achieve weight loss. You require exercise, a healthy meal plan, and perhaps a ketogenic supplement.

Today, the keto diet and the usage of ketogenic supplements are gaining traction. And in this piece, we highlight if Keto Complete pills are genuinely the best or if they are a scam. Read this Complete Keto review to learn this and more.

About The Brand

There is very little information about the Complete Keto brand online, making most researchers question the legitimacy of the supplement, let alone what it claims to achieve.

Regardless, we traced two sources that seemed to offer information on the product. The first source does not mention the parent company, but there is plenty of information on what the Keto Complete supplement can do for you.

According to this site, the problem is the body uses primarily carbs for energy, leading to weight gain. But the solution is that their Keto Complete pills may help the body switch to fat-burning and finally help you shed a few pounds.

They purport that you will lose up to 3 kilograms (kg) weekly and that the results will improve as you use the Complete Keto pills. They also claim that the advanced ketones in this Keto Complete formula will suppress your appetite.

The second source, the Supplement Paradise website, seems like a more legit site since it had the product’s image, but it was equally hard to track down. This site has limited information about the supplement.

Most other sites mentioned this product results in weight shedding, faster burning of stored fats, more energy, and a faster transition to ketosis.

The additional claims are that it may help with mental acuity and that it was easy to swallow.

Both sources claim that the Keto Complete formula has only all-natural ingredients, is free of allergens, offers fast results naturally, and is certified under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

What Is Keto Complete?

Complete Keto capsules are a dietary supplement loaded with a potent mix that may help you lose weight.

Additionally, the Keto Complete pills creators assert that their blend contains ingredients that block lipogenesis—the process by which fat is formed—suppress hunger, boost your body’s metabolism, and are rich in antioxidants.

The manufacturers of Keto Complete capsules purport their supplement is unlike many supplements, as it is said to raise ketone levels by offering extra body ketones.

Does It Really Work?

Before you gauge if a supplement is indeed a healthy option and not a risk, it is always best to go back to the scientific basics of what it claims to do. In this case, the Keto Complete pills promise to suppress appetite, boost metabolism, enhance energy, and aid weight loss by triggering the body into ketosis.

So here is a bit about ketosis.

A keto-friendly blend stimulates the body into ketosis[2], a metabolic state with many advantages that favor weight loss and fat shedding.

In this state, the body significantly shifts in how it generates fuel for itself – transitioning from burning carbs to burning stored fat. This occurs since the ketogenic diet typically has a reduced carbohydrate quantity, forcing the body to search for alternative fuel-rich sources.

After the carbs we eat, body fat is always the next source the body expends for energy. This shift results in weight loss and the burning of body fat.

While in ketosis, the human body can also boost its metabolic rate[3], meaning it can burn more calories while at rest. The ketosis process will also increase energy production since you burn fat while resting. Ketosis may also improve blood sugar levels in type 2 diabetes[4] and reduce some epileptic symptoms[5] in children.

This exogenous ketones product, Complete Keto capsules, promises to help the body into a ketosis state. However, it lacks the necessary ingredients that help the body in ketosis.

Keto Complete Ingredients

As indicated earlier, tracing this supplement online is not easy. However, from various Compete Keto Reviews and the packaging, here is the list of the active ingredients in these keto pills that promote fat and weight loss:

  • Beta-Hydroxybutyrate (BHB) Ketones
  • Guarana Extract
  • Vitamin A, B2, B12, C
  • Magnesium
  • Potassium
  • Pyridoxine hydrochloride
  • Silicon Dioxide
  • Sodium
  • Brown Rice flour
  • Apple Cider Vinegar powder

Here is everything you need to know about the natural ingredients in the Keto Complete formula:

Beta-Hydroxybutyrate (BHB) Ketones

The body naturally produces beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB)[6], the body’s most abundant ketone. And when not enough sugar or carbohydrates have been consumed, ketones supply energy.

BHB may improve how well the brain and nerves[7] function. This fact shows that the mental acuity claim made by the brand may be accurate.

BHB is used for various diseases, including migraine, dry eye, sports performance[8], Alzheimer’s disease[9], Parkinson’s disease, and many others. However, there isn’t any solid scientific proof to support these claims.

One study[10] involving obese and overweight adults concluded that BHB does not change body composition but may help preserve lean muscle mass.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Proponents of apple cider vinegar claim it assists a person in controlling their appetite[11] and maintaining a sensation of fullness. As a result, you may consume fewer calories and, depending on your goals, either lose some weight or maintain it.

ACV consumption may also reduce belly fat[12]. A loss of 2.6 pounds per teaspoon (15 mg) and 3.7 pounds per teaspoon (30 mg) is possible.

Numerous animal studies have also shown that ACV is good for the heart since it lowers blood levels of harmful[13] cholesterol and triglycerides. Additionally, it may reduce high blood pressure, promote healthy blood sugar, improve skin attractiveness, and eradicate germs[14].

Guarana Extract

It’s interesting to think that guarana might have abilities to aid with weight loss.

First, guarana contains a lot of caffeine, which can increase your metabolic rate by 3–11% over a day. Your body will burn more calories[15] when at rest if your metabolism is faster.

Additionally, research in test tubes suggests that guarana may stimulate genes that inhibit fat cell creation[16] while suppressing ones that speed it up.

The effects of guarana on the development of fat cells in people are still unknown

Vitamins

Protein and fat metabolism depends on vitamin B-12[17]. Vitamin B2, commonly known as riboflavin, encourages the development of healthy red blood cells and aids in the metabolism of glucose[18], the type of sugar the body utilizes as fuel. Additionally, riboflavin functions as an antioxidant, reducing the risk of many diseases linked to aging and free radical damage to cells.

In organs, vitamin A[19] offers a lot of cellular support to benefit your body’s metabolism. It controls obesity and illnesses that are related to it.

According to one study[20], low levels of vitamin C can stagnate the loss of fat mass, and people who consume more vitamin C tend to have lower body mass indices (BMI).

Minerals

The three minerals present in Keto Complete are sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium. Your body utilizes minerals for various purposes, including maintaining healthy bones and muscles, a strong heart, and a sharp mind. The synthesis of hormones and enzymes depends on minerals.

Brown Rice Flour

Brown rice contains a lot of fiber, which keeps you satiated for longer[21]. As a result, eating foods high in fiber may help you consume fewer calories overall.

According to a study[22] involving over 74,000 women, those who consumed more whole grains regularly weighed less than those who consumed fewer. Furthermore, compared to women who consumed the least fiber, those who consumed the most fiber had a 49% decreased risk of severe weight gain.

  • It burns fat.
  • It promotes losing weight.
  • It increases energy naturally.
  • It promotes mental and physical health.

Potential Side Effects

Most of the side effects linked to using Keto Complete and other keto-friendly supplements are associated with how your body reacts to the diet or the supplements.

For instance, if you are starting the ketogenic diet, there are specific ways your system may react because your system is still unfamiliar with the diet. The potential side effects, in this case, are:

  • Keto flu
  • Digestive discomfort
  • Low blood sugar levels
  • Nutrient deficiencies
  • Placing stress on organs, such as the kidney.

Other side effects may arise from misusing the supplement. So if you overdose and completely disregard your doctor’s and the manufacturer’s advice as indicated in this or any other Keto Complete review, you may experience the following:

  • Bad breath.
  • Stomach ache.
  • Constipation.
  • Heartburn.
  • Diarrhea.

If you notice any of the above symptoms, stop using the supplement at once and seek medical help immediately.

Keto Complete Review: What Do Real Users Say?

Since there are limited Complete Keto Reviews from customers about the brand online, the few available ones indicate quite a lot.

“Big Scam! When you change your mind, they’ll force the product on you. You can’t get your refund. I tried to purchase after I was told but had a change of mind for some reason. While still on it, I chatted with customer care and got the shock of my life. Afterward, I called my friend, who told me she got it and said it never worked even after one month. So persisted with my refund but was consistently being forced by customer care to take the products… I’ve lost my money… Be careful.”

Millicent R

The other negative remarks from users Joy Bessey, Linda Callaghan, and Tracy Yates, among others, indicated that the product did not work for them. The statements are that the supplement caused stomach acid, did not help them lose weight and that the refunding process was stressful.

This selection of comments shows that most clients are not sold on using these weight-shedding capsules again or even referring their friends to buy them. Judging from clients’ feedback, you may risk purchasing a supplement that is not legit. So it might just be a scam.

Final Thought

On face value, an all-natural ingredients capsule like Keto Complete sounds like a better option than one with one or two artificial ingredients. But natural ingredients are not the only requirement for a quality product. Customer feedback is also a helpful indicator of the quality and effectiveness of a product.

Based on Keto Complete reviews, this product seems like a scam.

Lastly, please note that this Keto Complete dietary supplement and others in the market for weight reduction are not Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved. However, some may hold specific certificates that prove their legitimacy and effectiveness in being included in a ketogenic diet.

Regardless, to always be on the safe side, always seek a second opinion from your dietitian before using Keto Complete or any other supplement to help you shed a few pounds.
