The study aims to find out how everyday life is affected for people who have frequent tension-type headaches.
The research will take place over three visits, arranged at the convenience of the volunteers and could be in the University’s pain laboratory, GP surgeries, workplace or home. Volunteers will be asked to complete some short computer tasks and questionnaires, once when they have a headache and at another time when they do not.
Participants should be 18 years or over and all data collected will be kept confidentially. Those completing the study will be paid £25 and all reasonable expenses will be paid.
