These sleep gummies seem to do a pretty good job as far as helping with sleep.
They smell good and the taste is good as well.
The description said it would ship with a cold pack from May - September -- when I re-order I'm hoping that is the case. (My order came in April -- but it was one of the first 100+ degree days of the season - so I was wishing for a cold pack for it.)
I do wish the lid was easier to open - the pushing down and twisting feels awkward.
So far we are happy with the actual product.
