Times are changing, and traditional therapy isn’t the only way to go now. If you are an adult in 2022, you have grown up with the internet and are comfortable using it.

To get started, you sign up with your email and a password. You are sent to the online therapy platform user interface, where you continue the matching process. It starts by asking questions about your relationship status, how you are feeling physically if you are feeling depressed or unmotivated, if you feel extreme sadness if you have had any visits to counseling in the past, and any mental health diagnosis. 

Then you get questions about what type of therapy you would like to have and what is your current life situation. At the end of the 10-minute survey, you get a survey summary percentage score of your emotional well-being score as well as your projected progress percentage. 

Once you see your scores, you can look at the subscription plan options. There are three options to choose from; the first is just messaging, the second is messaging with one live video session, and the third is messaging with four live video sessions.
