This SCI-MX Diet Protein formula contains several ingredients. Inulin

L-Carnitine

DigeZyme

SCI MX is a brand I have been using for 3 years along with another as my main protein supplementation and I have only had a few issues digestion wise with some of these products. Having decided to try plant protein and less dairy protein, it’s been a good try for me.

First time I had this I used a full scoop, as indicated on the instructions. I threw half of it away as it was so thick and lumpy. Vile. I now use half a scoop and half a scoop later in the day. It’s not so bad like this. Also drink it quickly after you’ve added water as it seems to thicken otherwise. I’m guessing the body will probably absorb the protein more effectively if you split the scoops out like this anyway, but it’s not exactly convenient.

I’ve had three batches of this now. The first one was fine from a mixability point of view, but the second and third are awful. I’ve tried adding a smaller amount of liquid to begin with, I use a metal ball in a shaker, I shake so vigorously until I’m out of breath, but still I get undissolved lumps.
