Sculpt Nation’s Burn Evolved uses natural key ingredients that may act as appetite suppressants and boost the body’s natural weight loss process when combined with a healthy diet and exercise. 

This dietary supplement aims to boost metabolism and help people lose weight by activating brown fat. Brown fat contains mitochondria, the cell’s powerhouse, whereas white fat has no mitochondria. The product also says it can pull the fat out of cells and help incinerate them.

EGCG (Epigallocatechin Gallate)

EGCG is a compound from green tea that has thermogenic effects, which may help your body to burn more calories. This study suggests that green tea extract has a fat-burning potential[1] by increasing fat oxidation during exercise and at rest. 

People have been promoting green tea as effective in increasing health and decreasing fat for a long time, and research is still ongoing to back up these claims. A study done on mice[2] shows green tea can potentially lower glucose levels and reduce fat deposits. 

In humans, using green tea extracts and caffeine combined shows a significant increase in 24-hour energy expenditure[3] and fat oxidation.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar may promote fat loss by helping suppress appetite[4]. In this double-blind trial, obese individuals were separated into three groups for 12 weeks. 

Each participant had a 500-milliliter beverage. One group’s beverage had no vinegar, another had 15 milliliters of vinegar, and the other had 30 milliliters of vinegar. 

These measurements were significantly lower in the groups with vinegar compared to no vinegar:

Cayenne Pepper Fruit Extract (Capsimax)

Cayenne fruit extract from a chili pepper contains capsaicin, the molecule that brings the spice to the pepper. Capsimax is a concentrated form of capsaicin to conveniently deliver its benefits. Dietary capsaicin in capsule form is not spicy; you don’t have to worry about an uncomfortable aftertaste or burning sensation. 

Cayenne pepper extract is used as an ingredient to promote fat burning by inducing thermogenesis and heating up the body. 

A study involving capsaicinoid supplementation[5] for 12 weeks shows a 2.4% reduction in waist: hip ratio during the first six weeks, and participants reported consuming fewer calories, which may make Capsimax a good addition to weight loss supplements.

Grains Of Paradise Seed Extract

Grains of Paradise is a plant that is used for many conditions, and the chemicals have the potential to decrease inflammation and help burn fat.
